Description
Light and off-dry Tosa-style sake with a delicate fruity aroma and some nice pepperiness in the taste. Coming from the seafood region, Tosatsuru Junmai Daiginjo is perfect with sashimi or grilled fish. But it should not stop you experimenting with other foods. We had it with fried lotus roots and it was really tasty. I think it must be superb with French or Italian seafood dishes. So imagine yourself sitting somewhere on the Ligurian coast and eating tuna carpaccio, grilled octopi and langoustines and sipping this excellent sake. Sounds like paradise to me.
