The first thought that crosses your mind when you try Koshi no Kanbai Kinmuku for the first time is how soft it is. Made from the highest quality Yamada Nishiki rice, Koshi no Kanbai Kinmuku is a relatively dry sake with just a bit of natural sweetness. It’s different from a usual junmai daiginjo: less fruity and more complex. You still can smell peach but also honey, caramel, almond and even mushroom.
Koshi no Kanbai Kinmuku has a light body and silky soft texture. It’s a very classy sake and will work as an aperitif or a great Christmas party drink.
