Visit Japan House on Saturday 10 August for an exclusive tasting session with Philip Harper, tōji (brew master) of Kinoshita Brewing Company in Kyoto. Philip is the only British brew master working in Japan, and has written extensively on the subject of sake.

In this tasting session, visitors will be welcome to drop in to try a variety of Kinoshita sake and discuss all things sake with the expert.

Alex is a London-based sake blogger, podcaster, IWC Sake judge and sake advocate. He is a publisher of the Sugidama Blog website and a host of the Sugidama Podcast. Alex has an International Kikisake-shi (Sake Specialist) qualification from SSI (Sake Service Institute).
