Join us for a fun and relaxing sake discovery event at HIS Japan Premium, where we will take you through the sake making process from meticulous rice selection, polishing and brewing all the way to the common myths.
Alex from Sugidama Podcast, who is one of the IWC Sake judges will help guide you explore different types of sake and lead you through this intriguing journey of discovery.
At the end of the event, you will learn how to enjoy both cold and kanzake(warm sake)
