Japan House Sake Tasting: Hakkaisan 八海山, Ozeki 大関 and Hakutsuru 白鶴

Especially for London Craft Week 2019, Japan House is organising a serious of sake tasting sessions in its shop (The Shop) featuring a range of different types of sake. You’ll have the opportunity to learn about manufacturing methods, as well as how to enjoy sake and what foods it can be paired with.
Three to six different types of sake will be served daily throughout the duration of London Craft Week, from Wednesday 8 May until Sunday 12 May. Sake specialists from the distributors and producers will be available to serve the sake and answer questions.

•Wednesday 8 May: Nishinoseki 西ノ関
•Thursday 9 May: Tamagawa 玉川 and Koshi-no-Kanbai 越乃寒梅
•Friday 10 May: Hakkaisan 八海山, Ozeki 大関 and Hakutsuru 白鶴
•Saturday 11 May: Takara 宝酒造 and Hakkaisan 八海山
•Sunday 12 May: Tamagawa 玉川 and Koshi-no-Kanbai 越乃寒梅
