Description

Polished to 60%, it’s still classified as junmai sake by the brewery. The aroma is very light with almost undetectable fruity notes and more prominent toasted rice scent.

The sake is off-dry, fresh and juicy with gentle acidity, delicate umami, soft texture and medium body, and plum, citrus flavours.

Kisosanten Junmai is a very versatile sake which can be paired with a variety of foods including but not limited by sashimi, fried fish, karaage, tempura, tofu salad and roasted vegetables.
